Alert Us All is an app designed for Property Managers who have many commercial or retail tenants in their properties.
In an emergency event, how do you send messages to all of your tenants? What if they lose wifi or the cellular network is overloaded after an earthquake? How do you know they received your message?
Alert Us All takes care of all of this for you:
* Sends messages by notification through wifi or mobile data.
* No wifi? Backup messages are also sent by SMS, so your messages have a higher chance of getting through.
* Tenants can reply to your Management group and other staff in the same tenancy, but NOT to other tenancies (tenants cannot use the service to communicate with each other).
* The app send an acknowledgement so you can see on the dashboard who has or hasnt received it.
How do you keep your contact list up to date and shared among your colleagues? Alert Us All provides:
* Super easy set up of Tenant groups and also Stakeholder groups (e.g. security contractor, cleaning contractor, etc).
* Tenant managers can also add and remove their own duty managers with no effort from you.
* Our system automatically checks-in with each user every month to make sure they still have the app installed and they still have the same mobile number. So you can be confident your contact list is always up to date.
* Anyone in your Management group can send a message to all tenants, so the contact list is automatically shared.
